Inquiry & Order
Sterling Silver / Brass items: normally 100pcs/item/plating color. 20pcs/size/item/plating color for ring items.
Stainless steel items: normally 300pcs/item/plating color. 40pcs/size/item/plating color for ring items.
Minimum ofer quantities may vary for different items. Please contact us for more information.

- We will send you our prices and other information you need.
- Then, you can send us your orders with the quantity you want.
- We will issue the official sales order for arranging payment before production.
Design & Sampling
It will take about 10-15 workdays, depending on the complexity of design and the availability of materials. We will tell you the time needed for sampling after we receive your design.
It depends on the design. Normally at 50-250 US dollars. We will return the molding fees when the order(s) reaches 500pcs/item.

Production
45-60 workdays after the deposit. It depends of the designs and order quantities.
We will pack according to you requirements.
Our production capacity is around 20,000 pieces per month.

Yes, we use eco-friendly materials.
We offer gold plating, rose gold plating, rhodium plating and platinum plating.
We will plate according to your requirements.
We have QC inspection for each process and double-check before shipment. We also test the raw materials to ensure that they are safe, eco-friendly and up to standard.
Shipping
Yes, we will provide air waybills, commercial invoices and other export documents where required.
We use cartons for the products to keep them safe.
We offer EXW prives. The shipping fees will be on your expense.
We usually ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS by air. We will provide the most favorable and efficient delivery method for your preference. If you need, we can also use the forwarder you specify.
Payment
You can pay by T/T.
30%-50% deposit in advance,full payment before shipment.We will send you the BL after we receive the full payment.
After-sales support
Follow these tips below to take good care of your jewelry:
- Take off your jewelry when showering, bathing or in strenuous exercise.
- Avoid spraying perfume or any other liquids directly onto your jewelry.
- Do not expose to extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
- Take off your jewelry when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.
- Do not hit hard or sharp objects.
- Use one soft-lined box or cloth for only one piece of jewelry to avoide scratching or twining.
